Lots and lots of you will know that Gigspanner will be returning to civilization from their assorted abodes outside of the Rame Peninsula and performing for your delectation and delight on 22nd November. Tickets can still be had for what is now going to be a bit of a CD launch gig; sadly Mrs The Millbrooker and I will be away and are going to miss this grand occasion (we'll be doing holiday stuff somewhere warm with Milly and Trickers), but I urge anyone who's in the area to get along to the Kingsand Community Hall for what promises to be a great night. The CD, "Lipreading the Poet", will be (finally) ready on 5th November according all reliable sources (that'll be Peter and Debs, then) and those of you (and me) who stumped up at the gig back in July will be getting our copies pronto after that. Trust me - it's going to be worth the wait.
