I'm eternally grateful to everyone's favourite Kiwi, Judith, for posting this on her blog the art of not working, which I log on to as often as Judith can update it.
This YouTube video actually plopped a lump into my throat - watch and see unsuspecting shoppers at lunch as they get something of a wonderful shock...
