The Little and Large Show

It's back-to-work time on Monday after a more than three week lay-off with my iritic flare-up.

Most of the time, I've been at home avoiding bright light and rarely venturing forth into the outside world. But there have been occasional intrepid wanderings in the great outdoors (and  even a bit of time in the great indoors, but not at Millbrooker Towers).

NooNoo came to see us a couple of weeks back and, armed with UV filters and a bag of stale bread chopped in bits, Mrs The Millbrooker and I did one of those traditional grandparently things. Note that NooNoo has been fitted with a handy grab-rail in the form of a gilet which allows us to control forward motion when there's water and large swans about.
Only a short time after that we got to use my new park-almost-anywhere Blue Badge at the National Marine Aquarium where NooNoo got to meet local celebrity Snorkel the loggerhead turtle at the Great Barrier Reef tank.
And the aquarium was where Mrs The Millbrooker snapped my favourite shot of recent days, a completely un-stage-managed Little and Large Show.
That'll do for NooNoo photos for now. But fear not, he'll be back on your screens very soon.
