Bonus more after this until 03 October

Mrs The Millbrooker and I find ourselves in an hotel in Morlaix for the night and it's got free wi-fi access. So I can stick a couple of things on the blog when I thought I wouldn't be able to do any such thing for 10 days or so.

The view to the left is from directly outside the hotel, and jolly nice it is too. We thought it would be good idea to stay overnight and meet up tomorrow for lunch with Rosemary & Harry who have been staying in our little house further inland for a week or so, but somewhere or other we've got our wires crossed and Rosemary & Harry are already back in Blighty.

We're setting off to Trebrivan tomorrow morning now, after a visit to Morlaix market to stock up on some nice fresh produce.

We've enjoyed a scrummy meal at a place called "L'Estaminet", which was recommended by our hotelier. And a bleedin' excellent recommendation it was, too.

How's this for an unusual starter: Angler Fish liver, pan fried pink with a vinaigrette sauce. Here's what it looked like, but there's no way to explain the taste; it was, however, sublime.

Mains was a beautifully done seafood roast for me and Nicky chose, a very delicious Andouillette. Just for Dong, here it is in all its glory:

Mmmmm, Mmmmmm, Mmmmmm. Pig's intestines slow baked and served with a creamy sauce and fried potatoes. So that's posh chitterlings to you.

That really is it now for a few days. We'll be back late on 01st October and I won't be able to post any more to the blog until at least 02nd, and probably the 03rd. Cheers until then.
