This little fellow spent a few minutes sheltering in front of Millbrooker Towers from the cold wind. He's a Black Cap, very puffed up and rounded against the cold. Still pretty, though, isn't he?
The photo's a wee bit blurry; he was a bit of distance away and I had to take the shot through a slightly grubby window which I probably should have cleaned several months ago.

I'm ever so impressed with your blackcap photo (not to mention a little green) I've seen plenty of 'em but never got a picture like that - I take my hat off to you! SB(once upon a time!)PF.
