A while back I put out a posting about La Sumpetta braving the cold waters of England's highest waterfall.

On her birthday, no less, La Sumpetta abseiled down Canonteign Falls in Devon. This feat of extreme derring do involved not only bloomin' cold running and splashing water, but also overcoming a genuine dislike of heights.
And all in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care, one of the most deserving causes you're ever likely to find.
