Isle of Wight Steam

Another masterpiece from Bern the Lens has found its way into my email inbox. I must say I think this must be just about my favourite shot of Bern's. It was taken in mid-November this year.

Here's Bernard with his own description.

"Early morning on the Isle of Wight at Ashey Crossing not too far from Ryde. W24, the recently over hauled Class 02, once the mainstay of the Island's former railway system coming out of the morning mist as the sun rises. You dream about mornings like this. Train was a photographic charter, well worth getting out of bed at 0630!"
