Film Club Presents...

And so time wanders on and, after quite a long hiatus, film club is all set to reconvene on Sunday evening.

We'll start this coming season of presentations gently with, arguably, Anthony Quinn's most acclaimed performance in a long and distinguished career....
Yes indeed - as much famed for its soundtrack and musical score as for its scenery, cinematography and outstanding performances, Mihalis Kakogiannis' 1964 Oscar winner, Zorba the Greek.

It's a long(ish) film at a shade over two hours fifteen minutes - so a prompt start would be advisable.

Look forward to seeing all the usual suspects at the usual time (or slightly earlier than usual time for Slocombe...) and in the usual place.
