Richie "comb-over" Meeson is a hard working man with a very full diary of Millbrook residents requiring servicing with his tools.

A couple of days back he spotted a window in his schedule and came around to Millbrooker Towers to complete the job of installing some outside illumination in our back garden. We now only await the arrival of a light switch and it'll work.
