Is it sold?

I took a quick potter around the lake today, camera at the ready to provide photographic evidence of any vital news that might be breaking.

Needless to say, there was no vital news that was breaking at all (or at least nothing to interest the outside world).

I did notice, though, that the glass and pine monstrosity by the lakeside that's been satisfyingly refusing to be sold has lost its "for sale" sign.

Does this mean they've finally palmed it off on some poor unsuspecting purchaser, or that they've finally given up hope and are going to either try to let it or move in themselves?

Here's the photographic evidence that the sign is now gone...
