Mrs The Millbrooker and I would like to say thank you to all those who have delivered gifts to us for baby Reuben and his parents; also to those who have thought to pop "proud Grandparents" cards through our letterbox.
We're very touched (and that can be taken any way you like).
YarMatt and Dozybean were delighted to receive the presents on Reuben's behalf, which we delivered yesterday.
It was YarMatt's birthday yesterday; I think his anniversary has been rather forgotten in the all the excitement. We did remember (just) to take a card, but a present will have to await another day. Sorry, YarMatt!
Grandpa Nigel made the trek from the far reaches of Bath to meet his grandson and greeted us as we arrived with a resounding "Hello Nana, hello Dragon Lord". Needless to say Grandpa Nigel thinks Reuben is a cracker, too.
